No judgment about yourself, your choices, the circumstances, anyone else, etc. No attachment to good/bad, right/wrong, but a curiosity to see what will be created.
STILLNESS
A quietness felt. Sometimes the inner messages come so quietly like a whisper or subtle like you could miss it if you weren’t paying attention. Even though quiet, there is often an Aha!
EXPANSIVENESS
The feeling of this expansiveness may be accompanied by nervous like newness but it doesn’t feel tight, constricted or contracted.
PEACE
A feeling of presence, no push to do or be, deep acceptance of what is, wisdom at your fingertips
LOVE
An energy, openness, acceptance, unconditional loving presence that is the fabric of all life.
TRUE NATURE
Who are you truly? What is the essence of you? What do you experience?

Balanced exchange is an integral part of the natural world. To honor this, ALIL does not have set prices, but suggest for you to go within and ask for your heart’s wisdom to tell you the right exchange for the value of what you received. Exchanges are made the day of the session unless otherwise arranged. Cash, check, PayPal and Venmo are accepted.
Since many have asked, the average rate of exchange for these services is $150 per session. Some have offered more and others less. No one who is truly called to engage is turned away for lack of funds. If you feel inspired to offer an exchange other than currency, please arrange that with Dawn.
